Making a linux specific rpm/deb/other package do not include
cp852 directories. Those directories contain text versions of
translated documents with Polish letters encoded in MS DOS format. 
So they are totally unreadable under Linux, in the same way as 
polish letters encoded in Linux (iso8859-2) fromat are unreadable 
under DOS.

To help people we provide both versions.
But linux specific packages must not contain cp852 directories.
It's wasting of disk space. You've beeen warned ;).
